Masterpiece Widget

The Rijksmuseum Amsterdam has developed an interesting little desktop widget to inspire and amuse you. Everyday, it highlights a piece from the museum's collection with detailed information about the artwork on the back of the widget. The museum's is one of the largest art collections in the Netherlands and includes work from 17th-century Dutch masters such as Rembrandt, Vermeer, Frans Hals and Jan Steen.
