Graphic Novel: Good As Lily
Kirsten sent me a link to the Good As Lily graphic novel back in August and I'm just now getting around to reading it. The book was written by Derek Kirk Kim an illustrated by Jesse Hamm about a young Korean-American girl who encounters her earlier self and two older versions of herself.
It turns out I'm not the only one who's going through their backlog of "things to read" because BoingBoing just posted about the book last week.
The publisher, Minx, specifically publishes girl-power graphic novels and has several other titles available like The Plain Janes, Re-Gifters and Clubbing (illustrated by one of my favorite artists, Andi Watson).
