Penguin Book Covers

Designer Joe Karl has been collecting the covers of Penguin and Pelican books and put them together in a great flickr image set. If you crave more of Penguin's design-o-riffic covers grab yourself the book Penguin by Design: A Cover Story 1935-2005 by Phil Baines. It is a comprehenive look at the evolution of their book covers throughout the years and I find much inspiration between it's covers.
