Smashing Magazine collected a list of 40+ free fonts for download. They look like some great professional faces worthy of downloading and checking them out in more detail. We don't normally advocate giving type away for free considering the amount of work involved in creating a typeface but, in this case, consider these gateway drugs as many of these artists have created other faces clearly worth spending money to acquire. Remember to support other artists!
