Helvetica A Documentary Film

I saw this movie at the New York premiere and it was great. At first, I was a little skeptical that a movie about a font could hold my attention more then an hour, but film maker Gary Hustwit created the right mix of history, interviews and observations to make a beautiful, thoughtful and funny film. Crisp, clean cinematography, smart interviews and the ongoing struggle of the love/hate relationship with the font make the movie a must see for any design geek.

To catch the film, see if the movie is screening near you or pre-order the DVD.
