Now you can snap up a bit of design legend Milton Glaser through his new Milton Glaser Works website. Get your hands on limited edition Giclee prints of illustrated portraits of musicians or snap up one of Glaser's iconic posters such as his illustration of Bob Dylan. My favorite is portrait of his rabbit Mookie which Glaser had a love/hate relationship with.
Present & Correct out of London creates, finds and curates the cutest shop ever. Everything about the site from the design to the products to the photos is so damn sweet that it makes me want to buy one of everything. There is something wonderful and lovely how P&C deftly mixes original in-house designs with vintage finds and products from around the word. Neat!!
New York Times photographer, Bill Cunningham, narrates a walking tour slideshow of the holiday windows around Fifth Ave. in New York City. There are some clever ideas, concepts and mechanics and some spectacular exhibits of excess in this five-minute piece. It provides a great opportunity to see these windows from the comfort of your warm office, and a chance to see outrageously expensive displays, the likes of which might not be seen again for some time if the ecomnomy keeps going the way it is.

If you are in New York this weekend, you should head out to Brooklyn and catch the massive sale at the great indie desgin/art publisher PictureBox. They will be selling a huge personal collection of books and magazines that includes graphic design, manga, illustration, vintage children's books, silkscreened books and prints and much, much more.
PictureBox is located at 121 3rd St. at the corner of Bond Street in Brooklyn and the sale is from Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 15 and 16th 12 pm - 5 pm. Hmmmm, maybe some great holiday gifts for some of your favorite designers?

Who wouldn't want to get a card of cute little things doing evil little things? Jesse Willmon, a designer/illustrator out of Queens (and fiance of pixel), created a smart-ass line of adorable animals doing questionable things. Gotta love a card with a puking cat or a stone pooping cinder blocks.
Besides cards, we were smitten with posters by Right Brain Terrain LLC who has some fun motivational design posters to keep anyone happy and working. 
Finally, we were pleased to see Victore NYC offering some of his radical design wares. Snap up a handful of his design posters or spruce up your dinner parties one of the plates from his Dirty Plates collection.

Art book giant Taschen is having a huge warehouse sale for three days this weekend. Slightly damaged books and samples will be marked 50-70% off. Check it out if you are in New York, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Paris and Cologne. I am a huge fan of Marimekko fabrics and reprodepot is have a huge sale on tons of their fabrics until January 15. I am thinking snapping up some fabric and making some pillow covers.
